Hi I’m CJ, head coach here at CJ’s Theory and passionate advocate for athletic excellence.

I graduated from the University of Gloucestershire, where I
was able to learn and gain experience from some exceptional lecturers and broaden my horizons assisting with clubs such as Western Storm Cricket. I have extensive experience leading university strength & conditioning programs in sports such as, Men's Cricket, Women's Football, Men's Hockey, Women's Futsal, Swimming, Ju-jitsu, Water Polo and Rugby/Football Refereeing. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with individual athletes from esteemed clubs like the Bristol Bears Academy, Gloucester Rugby Academy, England Athletics, Mercedes Racing, England Pathway Cricket, and Gloucestershire County Cricket Academy. I’ve also coached a diverse range of recreational and semi-professional athletes in a multitude of sports. Currently, I am head of S&C for the U18 Severn Stars Academy in Gloucester, where I am dedicated to shaping the next generation of high-performance netball players. I also serve as the Director of Strength and Conditioning at the Kings School in Gloucester, where I am passionate about developing our junior athletes into exceptional competitors.
